Lloyd_S I needed a tool with fine impact control to break loose corroded bolts without breaking them. This has 3 speeds but the lowest won't impact at all, even with the trigger fully pulled. It's for turning loose fasteners only. The middle is regular power impact, high is max power. My old single speed DeWalt unit has better fine speed control using just the trigger. Returned it.
