30-Day Free Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, free of charge, as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use or damage are not eligible.

How to Return

Email tooltest404@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send instructions once approved. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval and refund your original payment method within 7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Manufacturer Warranty

This policy covers returns to Pro Grade Tools within 30 days only. For warranty issues after that window, please contact DeWalt or Milwaukee directly, as warranty service is handled by the manufacturer.
